This album title came to me in a dream. I woke up with the need to document my mental state and it turned into a couple tracks on this record and eventually, I wound up crafting a full record around the various modes my brain was stuck in.

A REMEDY is all about acceptance - accepting the things we cannot change in ourselves, in others, in love, in death, and in our bodies, etc. This album truly feels like a projection of my biggest concerns and fears in life - while also being a massive public attempt to process things in order to feel and do better with my life.
